I got hired by this company in August and worked there till November and I have nothing but bad things to say. The owner William does not pay proper wages and there is no compensation for hours spent at the mechanics. Selfish and greedy are two words I would use to describe both owners, but I suspect a bit of racism mixed with a hero complex from William. Very unethical, stay away.

Got scammed by this company after being hired lied to about the wage and not played my salary nor the fuel I was asked to put into the car through out my employment. Canadian Tire Roadside contracts to them and failed to do anything about the scammers that run this company.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DO NOT CALL THIS TOWING COMPANY! This company charges so much. Especially their driver name William. My cars battery died so i called ,waited 2hrs and when he got there he didn't tow my car to where i wanted to. he jump started my car but still let me pay $160. So disgusted to this company. I hope no one else out there get scammed by this company.

Co-up hires drivers who are either negligent or inexperienced and Co-up lacks a structure that would allow it to run on time and safely. See below for details. Today my trip home was delayed by 20 minutes because a co-up tow truck driver who was driving and talking on his cell phone decided to block all the lanes of traffic. The driver did this because he was angry that a TTC bus had the right of way, when the driver exited his vehicle the tow truck began to roll back because it was not put into park and the parking break was not engaged. I called Co-Up and tried to get them to do something to get their driver to move his vehicle. They said that they were not able to do anything, I left but am sure that the delays continued for longer.
