Tow was coordinated through my membership/insurance - Hagerty for specialty & classic cars. Jay arrived on time as promised (approx 1 hour from dispatch) with 2 appreciated calls to update on ETA. Truck was a flatbed and detailed pictures were taken of body work & wheels before the classic was loaded onto the bed. Followed me to the service centre and dropped the car off directly in the bay. Impressive service from start to end. Would recommend.

Demanded we pay cash even though that is illegal. When I brought that up the dispatch said yes they know about this law and are trying to fix their machines. That is not the customers problem especially when ordering the tow truck this information was not disclosed. The older man that was sent was very helpful and professional.

A gentleman from this company towed my Mustang after a flat. He was professional and accommodating, in addition to sharing some information about after-hours drop-off at a dealership. I will keep this company in mind for future flatbed requirements based on the service and professionalism of the individual who towed my car.

Had a very good experience with Marko with my Audi S5 which was lowered and he did an extremely good job of loading in on the flat bed from an awkward spot because my clutch slave had failed. Quote was pretty much dead on what they quoted me to tow the car. Will definitely use these guys again. Thanks again Marko 🙏👍

I live in Buffalo NY. I was visiting your wonderful city of Toronto. Car trouble. Called Ssr towing. They sent a flat bed truck driven by Khan. Great guy. Took special care of our car and us. Thank you Khan😊
