Waited since 8 am to get my van unlocked they never showed up I call and make an inquiry of how much longer is going to be and he yelled at me that he didn't want to do it and hung up who does that? How can someone like this own a buisness reporting to the BBB

Asked me what my name was before saying that they can't help me and hanging up very unprofessional.

These guys responded to a AAA tow call that I placed and the driver acted like real unprofessional man-child. My vehicle died at a friends house on Saturday, just about a mile from where I work. Due to the long weekend I had to wait to get a tow on Tuesday. I had to work but AAA assured me they would give the company my number and they would give me a 5 minute heads up. The drive didn't call and they would not wait the 2 minutes that it would take me to drive from Harte Haven. My friend was on the phone telling the guy I was on the way and he still wouldn't wait. I caught up with their truck just as he was pulling back onto 37. Literally I was 30 to 40 seconds out by the time I met him on the highway. These low-lifes don't deserve any business. I lodged a complaint against them with AAA and I hope they get dropped. There was no professionalism here. You would be best to find another towing company in the area.

Horrible service Treated me like I had no idea about anything about cars. I believe that he even made up parts to say that they where broken. Very unprofessional. Very demoralizing and cocky. Acted like he knew everything. When i first purchased the car his machanic left his tabacco spitter in my car. No concern for vehicle opporators safty. Very unsatisfied!

Awful service, terrible people, and highly uneducated. Find a better towing company for your needs.
