Tools stolen from my vehicle. Dishonest and extremely rude staff. Dont bother calling the police, a female officer happened to be sitting there with her feet up on the desk and pretended I wasn't telling her my belongings had been stolen. She didnt even respond to me while eating popcorn. Not a word. I would guess theyre aware of the theft and arent intetested in doing anything about it. They lied to me on the phone, lied to my face and stole hundreds of dollars of tools from my vehicle. This place would do its' community a great service by becoming a vacant lot.

This place does police towing but they also have a dealer license under the name MARTINS AUTO SALES. Which someone is selling temporary 15 day pink paper license stickers under their dealer license number #B206631 for $60. This is a felony and I will be reporting this to Lansing tomorrow. As well as Brownstown police. Every 15 day sticker assigned to them should be accounted for by a log as well as in the dealers police book. If this company has stolen from you or done anything wrong or illegal. Call the state of Michigan Secretary of State and report them.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. My daughter was in a car accident and the car was not drivable. The cops called THIS company (I'm assuming because they have a contract with them to tow cars otherwise why in the world would they use a company in Brownstown which is 25 miles away). The accident happened in Westland, MI. Needless to say when we asked to have the car towed to my friends collision shop 2.5 Miles away the tow truck driver said "Sure, it'll cost you $300.00 CASH ONLY and that's a deal") and then he mumbled something about us having to pay for him to clean up the street and the debris. I explained that my daughter doesn't have collision/towing only PL/PD (she's a single Mother with 2 babies just trying to make ends meet) and asked if he could give us a deal...he finally agreed to $290.00...wow. Thank goodness my daughter only has a bruise on her knee and the babies were not with her or it could have been so much worse. It was a terrible stressful situation and I feel this company took advantage of the us.
