Horrible service! Was told 30 mins, waited 45 and called back to be told it would be 15 more mins because their systems were down before i first called and they are still down. So i waited another 25 mins and called back again. This time they told me it would be an hour. This is not the way to run a business

Due to some bad luck, I have had to deal with 2 different towing companies lately in the Windsor area. Myers was by FAR better than the other company to deal with and WAY cheaper. Never fun to deal with a towing company but they tried to make it an ok experience.

I was stuck in a very deep ditch. The Windsor location was very friendly and quick (especially on such a snowy day). The tow truck driver was very careful not to damage my car, which was really hard to do, considering the angle it was on. After he towed the car out, he checked it thoroughly. Really impressed with this company! I'd recommend them to anyone.

They were quick, professional and got me out of a bad situation. Driver Jazbir did a great job! Would highly recommend if ever I break down again.

Best people to deal with in a rough situation. Understanding and courteous.
