I got a flat tire en route to Montreal. It was Friday after 6:30pm the weekend of Christmas. Everyone was closed up for the weekend. I had to call a row truck and found Joe from Ward's Towing. What an amazing person. Not only was he very friendly he was tremendously helpful. A really nice guy. He went out of his way to find a garage that was closed and was able to get them to open up their doors to help me get might flat fixed and back on the road. Thank you so much Joe. You're an amazing person and I wish you a very Merry Christmas as nd all the best in the new year!!!

These people are absolute crooks and bottom feeders whose main income is their contract with the city of kingston. their fees are extremely high and their desk staff are extremely rude, my car was allegedly ''some what'' blocking someones driveway (which so happened to not be someones driveway at all) so when i asked the very rude women at the desk for more info about why my car way towed she got very defensive and immediately attacked me when i was just looking for answers. i wish i would have had pictures of where i parked to prove my words but i didn't think there were people as low as this company out there just looking to make a buck (a very unreasonable one at that). they also charged me $120 for my car being in there lot for a matter of a couple hours. please do not support this bottom feeder business as the city of kingston does it fair share for them.

Fast, efficient, pleasant and I was thankful! The cost was reasonable.

Have used this company quite a few times - as well as my son has used them. The dispatch and the drivers have always been professional and courteous - not to mention are always very fast ( usually a lot faster then the time they even quote you during initial call ) They prioritize on the safety of the driver as well as the customer.

Wasn't fast getting there but I called at like 5:30 in the morning so I wouldn't expect any different, was the only company though that would tow me out of the flood though so I'll recommend them
