****WARNING****crooks, ABSOLUTE CROOKS. LESS THAN ONE STAR. HAD TO PHONE THE O.P.P. 3 times. They tried to take advantage of my elderly father. My father was forced to leave the 70 car pileup on the highway and they towed his working car less than 10km. They tried to force him to pay nearly $1000. They even used intimidation tactics by bringing in 2 other truck drivers to get him to pay. They also tried to get him to pay CASH only. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!! WARNING, you can choose your tow truck. WARNING TIP: Tow truck drivers MUST be prepared to accept a credit card payment.

Would like to thank Tom and Richard for their service last night in a very frustrating time for me, my daughter and grandson, when my brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler wouldn't start. They were very professional, friendly, efficient and obviously knew what they were doing. My grandson, loved the ride in the big tow truck!!! I highly recommend these guys next time you find your vehicle is in need of a tow. Thanks again fellows.

I’m so impressed! Excellent customer service, was knowledgeable and friendly. Showed up fast and worked fast. Even followed me to the bank when I didn’t have cash on hand. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Thomas.

When my rig broke down. Classic was the only company willing to get it back to shop. They towed my trailer at the same time. Thank you. Worth the wait.

Was told incorrect information about plates being mailed to me now have been trying to get my plates for 4 days now , gates were closed on me while I was in getting my stuff from my car, I had to call the office for someone to come back and let me out as no one was answering the back door. Towing service was great but everything after was not made easy.
