Miracle workers! My car died after two weeks in an off-site airport parking lot. The severely cramped space meant nearly an impossible job for a tow truck, but these guys were somehow able to extract it. Talk about the labors of Hercules. They were patient and careful while inching it out in the glaring, hot sun. They kept a safe distance from the surrounding cars on nearly every side. If there were a TV reality show about extreme towing, they should cast the folks at Classic Towing. I would trust them to get my car out of a sidewalk crack.

I was never so insulted in my life. Called the tow, he arrived LATE, looked at me and said "Is your car underground? There's nothing I can do". Then said TO A RADIO "hey, I'm wasting my time here". Very unprofessional and impolite. NEVER CALL THEM! There are plenty of options around - don't worry.

Beware!!!They have deals going with security company and private parking lots like No Frills on Brant St, Burlington. If you step off lot they tow you away. I was parked for 6 minutes before they towed me. Charged $300 to get your car back. The had 3 trucks “patrolling” the lot on a Sunday afternoon. I was the 20th vehicle that my tow truck driver had towed from the lot. $300 x20 cars !! $6000 from one driver that day. When asked what would happen if unable to pay, was told police would be called!!!! The owner of Classic towing made a whole lot of money in one day and that was only one parking lot! Wonder how much of that he is going to report to the CRA.

Brutal company to deal with. My only 1-star rating ever. They damaged my property, promised to fix it, then strung me along for months and then decided they didn't want to pay after all. I deal with all kinds of Towing companies. Classic is my one horrible experience.

There is a white flatbed tow truck in who is all over the road. He is either drunk or using his phone while driving. Almost hit 3 cars in a 2 minute span. Reckless.
