We called Owen Sound Towing about moving our trailer to a new site within the same park. They quoted a fantastic price so we thought they would be the best choice rather than someone off Kijiji. The driver showed up on time but was definitely not ready for the job. They did not even send a 4wheel drive truck to move a 29ft trailer on a sandy road. Instead of a job that should have taken an hour my husband was stuck there all day while this driver struggled to get the trailer moved. The owner tried to charge us triple the agreed upon cost! In the end my husband caved and paid double the quoted cost which in itself would have been unacceptable. The fact that they clearly should not have accepted the job resulted in a loss of a day at work for my husband and double what we had budgeted for. Had the owner of the park not brought out his tractor to help they would never had gotten it in place. Very poor management and customer service.

I had a motorcycle accident on Hwy 6/10. Owen Sound Towing was actually driving by and stopped to help. My bike could not be ridden, and they ordered me a flat-bed and transported the bike (and me) to Toronto. Excellent, professional service and a real pleasure to deal with in a bad situation. Thanks so much.

Got great service through them. Thought it would be a great place to join. Now I work there. :)

Owen Sound Towing & Service responded to a call for service that I placed with CAA. They arrived in about 40 minutes and did a great job of pulling my friend's car out of a field. The driver was very obliging and courteous. Unfortunately there was some bumper skirt damage due to ice crust on top of the snow. This company was absolutely fantastic about standing behind their work and did not hesitate to make things right. They have been a pleasure to deal with!!!

My call was through CAA. CAA estimated I would have to wait 2 hours, I got a call less then 10min he showed up quick. Was very polite. I had a day from hell and by the time I reached my house he had a smile on my face, made my day. Excellent service!!
