**AVOID** The driver was nice enough, however there was hidden fee that was more than the actual tow even after i specifically asked on the phone if that was the case. After inquiring about this hidden fee i asked if this seemed sketchy the only reply was a little. It was my own fault for not using google review as it seems Lauren McConnell had the same issue and the companies reviews really show their lousy ethics.

Would give zero stars if I could. Not recommending. For a boost I was charged 111 dollars. Also the tower did not have sufficient change to give back.

Main desk did not clearly explain the towing charges and charged me the maximum "hook up prices". When I complained, the guy on the phone told me to "look up service charge in the dictionary". Nice. A 2km tow of my tiny car cost over $200. Don't waste your money. Update: The driver left an angry message saying he could "come by" my house and play me our recorded conversation if I still disputed the charges. Creepy. Lose my number.

JR came after a call to Towing Patrol when CAA's service failed to come through. Called 25 minutes before with his ETA attempted a boost before towing to my preferred mechanics. would recommend.
