Serge was amazing. He hooked up my car in a very tight spot and was very friendly. He educated me on everything he was doing and was a pleasure to chat with the whole time. He was wonderful to my girlfriend and made sure she was warm in the truck while we were outside. Can't recommend Ken's Code Yellow enough!

If you can get Serge as a tower, he is the most amazing guy I have ever met. Incredibly quick, friendly, and even gave me a ride back home when I found out my car was locked inside the shop so he couldn't actually tow it. God bless Serge!

Highly recommend! I was in a severe accident that I was lucky to walk away from. The tow truck operator’s name was Keith. It was a very busy night, I think there were 4 or 5 accidents at the same time on same stretch of hwy. Keith was very kind and courteous the whole time. He had more kind advice for me than any of the EMT, let me use his phone to call my family when mine was damaged in the accident, fired up the heater and let me sit in the spacious truck cab instead of the tiny back seat of police cruiser. He even dropped me off at a warm place to be picked up afterwards. Cannot say enough good about my experience with this company. Thank you Keith!
