Made arrangements with them on a Friday to have a vehicle removed from a storage yard. Was promised it would be removed by Monday at the latest, and I would get a text to confirm it was picked up. Never got a text, so I called and was told that yes the car was removed. Found out almost a week later the car was still there. Called them, and was told that the car could not be removed due to its location and wet ground. I asked why I didn't receive a phone call, and all I got was attitude. Then he hung up on me.

Dropped everything to quickly come to the aid of a parent with a child locked in a car in brutally cold temps! Heroes don't always wear capes - this one drives a tow truck! Many thanks!

Amazing service! In my moment of distress, these gentlemen didn't just provide a towing service, they went above and beyond their job requirements. These individuals truly represent what it means to have a strong community. People helping people, just because they care. Thank you!

This company is extremely unprofessional. They try extorting me on my tow. Tried to charge me over 200 dollars for a 170 foot tow. They then changed to 150 then finally 125. I refused to pay that so I told them to put my car back. They then flipped me off and drove away with my car. They try to bully and extort their customers. Use someone else whose cheaper and more professional.. This is not how a company should represent myself..rude and very unprofessional..

I have probably called one of them about 10 times about forgetting to get my garage door opener out of the car. They have been very polite and understanding during a difficult situation and have my utmost gratitude.
