I went here a month ago for a problem on my Dodge ram eco diesel. They charged me 100 for the diagnosis even though I had a warranty on the truck. They said there was nothing wrong and that's why i was being charged. I returned a week later with the same problem only this time they found the problem. They refused to reimburse me for the previous visit, they also told me that they couldn't fix the problem even though it was covered by warranty they told me since Guelph had started to diagnose the problem to go back there it's a half hour drive. I then tried giving them another chance when I went in to buy Def it was a Saturday so there maintenance crew wasn't there and there sales team refused to serve me, instead they prefer to see my truck get damaged or I can't go on my vacation. This was final straw to break the camel's back. Terrible business i wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dump save ur money and nerves and go somewhere else this place has the worst customer service.

Not happy. They broke 2 trim pieces and refused to replace them. I guess 40 dollars is too much for a happy, satisfied and return customer

They can't even keep their property clean, how do you think they will do with your vehicle? They also let their staff joy ride in vehicles, could be yours next time.
