I parked my car too close to the shoulder and it got sucked in from the snow. As my friend and I were trying to get it out, Sonny stopped and asked if we needed help. We wanted to try without reverting to a tow truck at that point and Sonny stuck around to help. He was super nice and I would call them in the future if I need a tow.

Last night my car was stranded with 3 flat tires, I called and they had one of their guys to me in less than 15 minutes. They were amazing, fast and reliable. They were originally called in to change only one tire & ended up towing my car all the way from downtown to the west for the same price. Amazing workers, amazing prices.

I haven't used their towing service but I bought a used car fron Johnny. I bought a 2008 Honda civic and got a great deal on it, Johnny was super friendly and very accomodating to fot my schedule to come see the car. He took care of all of the registration hassel for me and had it plated and ready to go the next day. As I was droving the car home, the check engine light came on. I called him about it and he sent aomeone to pick up my car from my work, took care of the issue (it turned out it was just something with the gas cap) and brought the car back before I finished work. Stand up guys gor sure! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decent used older used car

All I can say is I was in a situation no one wants to be in... car would not start no matter what I tried, stranded on my way to work in the rain. These guys were there in a flash, compassionate, and very careful with my vehicle. 4/5 stars because I am not sure yet what the price for the tow will be.

Reasonable rates and they were honest. I was towed a short distance; Kanata to Doug's Auto Repair.
