The intact insurance company recommended we sent the car to here to fix because it’s close to the insurance service center. So my car was there for repairing the dent on the left door for a week. After we picked up the car and drive for couple days, we found out that the inner panel was flopping around and loosely at the top, and the front door wasn’t align with the back door. The problem is now fixed because I bring it back to the insurance service center and their inspector helped me to reinstall the door panel. It’s wasted of my time for fixing those little problem cause by their careless and unprofessional repair. I don’t want to leave my real name in the google review coz the problems already been fixed by others. If your insurance company recommended you this body shop, I highly suggest you go to other reputable body shop.

The staff here is very friendly and seems trustworthy. The service is fast and effective. This is the only place I like to get my car serviced. 5/5!

Do you know why insurance companies refer you to their "preferred shops"? Its not because they do good or reputable work or its guaranteed work. Its because they have a contract with the insurance companies to fix cars for less using cheaper imitation parts in exchange for more business. My suggestion; go to your manufacturer's dealership that has their own body shop. No corners will be cut and they will use real manufacturer parts. Any reputable shop will guarantee their work.

I took my Mazda there for body work ..... WORST DECISION * They killed my battery (doors open, dome light on) and they made me buy a new one. * They cleaned the car and put everything from the trunk on my backseat * They installed a tire and rim on my car that was for a different car (it was the wrong size). It was on my car 2 weeks. * Overspray in my door jam and fenders * Wires were left hanging from under rear bumper * Plastic panels under bumper were loose ... missing all screws * Terrible grinding noise when going over bumps * The car drove like it was on ice * I spoke to service manager (Verg) about my issues , He brought the car inside for half hour ... then brought me the car and said it was the best he could do. Verg said the screws were broken but he managed to put one back in. The car is now at GRANDTECH AUTO on Breezehill ave and after a mechanical inspection it requires the inner fender be repaired to stop rubbing on my tire and requires rear suspension work ... the R/R wheel is badly cambered-in (bent in) at the top of the wheel ... it has bent suspension parts from the accident. Turpin just straightened my steering wheel and did nothing about the bent suspension. Save yourself alot of grief and try GRANDTECH AUTO at 111 Breezehill ave Ha, Ha, Ha, check out the nice reply the manager left me, " if I am a real customer call me" they had several chances to fix the issue but did not have the ability. The story continues to grow, seriously reconsider using this garage
