I never expected to be treated so poorly by someone. He took full advantage of me and took hard earned money away from me that I need to support my children. I now have to take my vehicle somewhere else because he took Over $1000 from me and still didn't fix the issue. Now myself and my 2 daughters have to drive around in an unsafe vehicle till it's fixed by a trust worthy mechanic who won't screw people over and lie to them. I hope he feels good about himself putting innocent children at risk. Karma will come to get him soon enough.

Car clunking in front end. Excellent diagnostics and saved me money as other repair shops said I required more parts than what fixed the issue.

Been reported to the BBB. Don't trust his business, he lies, he says he fixes the problem, but doesn't actually. Over charged you for parts you didn't authorize. Once you tell him the issue isn't fixed, he tries to say it's something completely different now. He's a snake, a liar, and an awful human being. He takes advantage of new mothers who are on a fixed income because of maternity leave. All he wants it money and doesn't do the job correctly and is the rudest person I've ever met. Awful awful awful person! Steer clear!!

Henry has saved me thousands of dollars this year using Krown to loosen seized steering rack and rear axle that the Ford dealership said had to be replaced.
