Unfortunately I had to make use of this towing service, but what an positive experience. The truck was sent to me quickly, accurate updates provided along the way, and the driver was the nicest guy and so professional. Thanks Brian’s towing - so glad you run in this area.

Back on Sunday March 10th we had a crazy ice storm, leaving the road I take to work covered in a thick layer of ice. Sean from Brian's towing got my call at 6:40AM and provided excellent service. The road was in such terrible condition that even he couldn't drive on it successfully. Sean generously offered to drive me to a nearby gas station so I wouldn't have to wait in the cold, and stood by waiting for hours while the police and township organized a way to break up the slick road. Four hours later Sean's great attitude and professional nature made everything smooth, and my car was safely removed from the ditch (along with two other vehicles on the same drive). Everyone involved couldn't believe the state of the rural side road- even to walk on it! Thank you to Brian's towing for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

I cannot express how great this company is. Jeff (one of the drivers) has rescued me four times since August. They are always extremely fast and accommodating! Its a great feeling knowing that when you need help someone you know and trust will be there in a jiffy to help you out with a smile on their face. By the time I'm off the phone with caa I'm receiving a text message saying they're on route, always arriving in less than half an hour. We own four vehicles, all of which are broken down right now, we've had more car troubles than most in the past couple years and Brian's towing has been the only good part about it . They're friendly happy people who enjoy helping others. They check with you and explain to you how your vehicle will be loaded so you know it's safe and always unload it exactly where you want it once you get to your destination. thanks for always being there!

Great customer service and the driver was friendly and efficient in getting my car towed. It's never a great circumstance to have to use a tow truck - whether after an accident, flat tire, or mechanical issue - Brian's Towing makes the process easy and feel comforted knowing you're in good hands!
