Recently, my parents got into an accident on 401 and Whites Road. Brad along with one of his coworkers, immediately came to the scene. They provided my parents amazing customer service. He bought my parents coffee and kept them warm in his truck while they waited for the OPP to arrive. Brad made sure to give my parents all the information they needed going forward. He walked them through where they were taking the car and also when they could come and see it. Very kind, honest, and respectful. Thank you very much Brad!

Super pleasant interaction on the phone. The price was EXTREMELY fair and the driver who came (Eric) was a really nice guy. If you need a tow I highly recommend these guys.

These guys are a class act. My wife had an accident on the 401 in rush hour. The driver (Mitch) made sure she was safe and calm in his truck clear of traffic and then got her and the vehicle safely off the road. He walked us through where he was taking the car and gave me his number and told me if we needed anything or needed to access the car to call him. Super courteous, kind, respectful and honest. I would call them in an instant if I needed a tow.

Just want to thank Mitch for his help the other day when my vehicle got smoked from behind. He was on scene and offered me genuine assistance and care. Gave me a Gatorade. Super awesome guy. Later that night he picked me up from hospital and have me a lift to his yard to retrieve some stuff from my car. He had a rental car brought there in no time at all and hooked me up big time. Thx Mitch I owe ya for making that day less sh***y!!

I had locked keys in my car, and called Powell Recovery for assistance. A truck arrived a short time later and was fast and courteous, and had me back on the road within minutes. Appreciated the speedy response as there was a severe storm on its way. Thanks Again. (SU)
