The driver was a decent guy. I called them the next day to release my car to the auto shop and they seemed cool with it. However, as soon as my auto shop started calling them, they stopped picking up in an attempt the charge a higher storage fee. That's shady but my auto shop told me that it's pretty much standard practice among towing and storage companies, especially over the weekend.

Lets be honest. Customers are never happy getting their vehicles towed by any towing company. Tow truck drivers are usually first on scene helping in all ways possible. Securing the roads and making sure people are fine. You should see in winter when all emergency vehicles are busy but tow never fail to show up and offer help. We should appreciate all towing company and help them back as much as they do. Thanks for being out there day and night helping the citizens of this country.

Worst tow truck company will hold your car hostage until you pay what they demand don't sign anything on the spot when you get your car towed avoid this company especially driver named Kevin. They do t answer calls to release your car just keep on adding storage fees. AVOID AT ANY COST!!!! Shady place and shady people on the phone for $350 tow he kept my car hostage and had to pay well over $1000 in matter of days.
