My car was towed to their location, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Anthony was very helpful and respectful - He was very reasonable with the towing cost. He even noticed that my tire was a little flat and offered to fill it up for me. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for a tow.

My car broke just broke down on a Canada Day and it wa almost impossible to find some one who would come for a tow without charging me an arm and a leg. These guys were super nice and quick considering the holiday traffic. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks for saving my butt and my car!

York Regional Traffic Services came out to change my flat tire on one of the worst weather nights of the year. Despite the ice storm they were at my location in about an hour. Mike was friendly and in good spirits, despite the rain, ice, and snow, got my spare out from under the van and on in place of the flat tire quickly. I will give them a call again if I ever find myself back in the area and in need of help.

YRTS is the most reliable service out there! They are always honest and serve with integrity and are always responsible and professional. I would like to start off with the dispatcher Tyla, she was kind, patient and educated. She helped me every step of the way! My personal experience with Michael was a very pleasant experience. He made me feel safe and helped me with other services needed. He was honest, caring and professional. He towed my Audi A5 on his flatbed and was very considerate as my car was lowered. He took the time to properly hook the car up and made sure it was secured and safe! He had these really cool race ramps and straps that also made it a easy hook up! Also, his flatbed was beyond clean and comfortable. I would recommend YRTS to anyone who cares for there vehicle. By far the most honest, professional towing company in the GTA area! Michael truly has a passion for towing. His customer service and his ability to tow with care is simply a 10/10!

Their unprofessional staff is a hastle to deal with. They are disrespectful, rude, arrogant and know nothing about customer service. Avoid this towing service at all costs. They try and get you for more money that you agreed for. STRONGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND
