This was my first experience needing a tow and everyone was super helpful. I just want to say thanks to everyone for all your help today. I really appreciate your patience regarding my situation. I also want to thank Gary for the free advice and taking the time to explain things to me.

After a long hard day at work, I came back to my car pooling spot at Lowe's to find that my car has been impounded by Lowe's. After having a small anxiety attack and arriving at the impound yard, these very very respectable gentleman listened to me and helps me out very very much. They took amazing care of my car putting it on dollies so that it would not ruin my drivetrain as well as took very good care of me and did an amazing job. I have very much respect for the employees and the owner of this establishment and I cannot show enough of my gratitude to them. I would give these gentleman 100 Stars if I could but I think they deserve recognition. I highly recommend these guys to anyone and I personally have always had problems with tow truck drivers, but these guys are honestly the best and the first time ever, I had a good or even amazing experience with toe truck drivers. Once again these guys are very respectable and I will always recommend them!

I ran into a snow/ice bank this morning and got stuck. I called CAA but they refuse to send a tow truck to come and move my car. I then called York Region Towing. The guy arrived within 30 minutes, he's super nice and friendly. He pulled my car in less then 2 minutes and got my car out of the snow bank. I would have been really stuck if he didn't come to help me out. Thanks York Regional Towing!
