I was involved in an accident on April 29 whereas my car was hit from behind the other party that hit me left the scene The tow truck driver was beyond amazing... so compassionate and helped in every possible way he could His name was Cody and I can't say enough good things about this guy and I truly appreciate all that he did for me that day!

Great Team. Got my car stuck in a ditch on a snowy 5am morning. They got their team out their with in 15 mins of the call. Driver got my car out, told me I should look and my tire pressure gave me a more the fair price for the service. Thank guys!

Waited over two hours for CAA to “find a driver” in the Wellington Exeter area. Called Ross’ Services London Towing and they were there in 5 minutes. Driver Ken18 was outstanding. Fast, efficient, professional and courteous!

We had Daniel (driver number 26) attend a residence to tow a vehicle to the shop. The car not starting put a damper on the fun day we had planned....but Daniel attended AND went the extra mile to *safely* involve the two kids in the process. He removed the 'scary' from the day *and made it a highlight*! Fast service, competence and professionalism.....this was evident. Thank you Ross' and thank you Daniel. You went far above and beyond!!

Scam! My wife was caught up in the horrific accident on the 401 at foldens center on Wednesday February 13th. My wife was behind 2 of the front tractor trailers that jackknifed. Because she was driving at a slower speed and had kept a safe distance behind the trucks she managed to stop her vehicle safely avoiding any damage to her car. She was unfortunately surrounded by jackknifed trucks and was boxed in. She stayed in her vehicle and called 911. When the opp arrived they told my wife to leave her keys in the car and they took her to the caw hall in Ingersoll. She was told by the opp they would call her and let her know where her car was and when she could pick it up. On Thursday I called the western region opp in London and was told that her car was towed to Ross's towing in London and was on hold as part of the investigation. We got a call Friday morning from the opp telling us the car was released and we could pick it up. When I called Ross towing to talk about picking up the vehicle I was informed that I could have the vehicle after I paid $700.60 in towing and storage fee's. $500.00 for towing plus $60 a day storage fees plus tax. We did not ask the police to tow it to London. The car was not damaged and could have been driven off of the 401 after the trucks had been moved or it could have been towed to Ingersoll or Woodstock. So for being caught up in an accident my wife did not cause and driving safely and being able to stop in time to avoid the collision my wife is penalized over 700 dollars because of this scam involving this towing company and the London opp? Rediculous! And no recourse to get the money back. It appears to me that Ross towing is making huge profits from the public with having this contract with the London police and we have no choice in the matter. As the dispatcher from Ross towing told me "you have to pay the charges to get your vehicle back. It's not our problem if you can't get your money back through your insurance company".
