This company is absolutely the worst. The dispatcher at their impound facility is the most ignorant person i have ever dealt with. I told her i cant believe she is in customer service! She then proceeded to tell me she isnt! LOL. Well all customers have to go and talk to her if they need their car released. I also asked if i could speak to someone else like a manager and was totally ignored. Very unprofessional. Was given information on phone but then was told different information when i travelled over 100km to there pound. Please whatever you do DONT USE THIS COMPANY

My boyfriend got in a not at fault car accident. My car keys were in his car at the time. His car was totaled so we needed to drive mine. It was 11 pm, we went to the impound the night he got hit to get my car keys. The guys at the impound told us we weren’t allowed, went into the vehicle for us to retrieve my keys. Dangled them in our face between the fences of the lot and told us we can’t have them. We are both 23 living in London for school. No friends or family near by to help they are all 2 hours away in Toronto. After going to the DMV reporting the incident we wanted to go home. The impound guys made our day even worse.

I called these guys for a medium size tow truck. I just needed a little tug to get myself out of the mud but my front wheels were literally stuck on the island so I needed to be pulled 6 inches. They quoted me $250 for the tow truck they wanted 13% HST on top of that plus another 18% for some sort of gas surcharge. Not sure if the driver was even included in that price as the bills just keep stacking up. I told them absolutely not. They might be reasonable to tell your transport truck but for anything small call anybody else these guys are a complete rip off. I ended up paying from low-price towing $75 cash they did A great job and it took them 10 minutes maximum to get me out.
