Customer Loyalty Speaks Volumes! While waiting for my Drive Clean testing and necessary repairs today, I watched several long term customers interact with staff. One had been coming there for 15 years, another for even longer. They have trusted multiple vehicles to DM Service Centre. I watched other women come in and be treated like family. A loaner car was offered to one customer easily with keys handed over, the way you might loan a car to your best friend. I was so impressed with the relationships Dave and Vince have formed with their customers. You can tell they do quality work, that the customers completely trust that DM Service Centre is fair in their pricing and look out for their customers. I hope to be one of those long time customers! 2 years down, many more to come!

I bought my car 3 years ago and have been blow away by the friendly nature and efficiency of DM Auto Service. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. Getting my ford focus serviced at DM was hassle free and I felt that they went out of their way to listen to all the different problems and help me find feasible solutions. No better spot to go to and I am honestly sad that I wont be going back since I sold my car. Thanks for the 3 years.

Just picked up my truck and was happy as per usual. I appreciate a job fixed properly and have found this here. I like the fact that they can service heavy trucks. Been coming here for 5 years now with no problems. I understand how vehicles work and have never found them to be not on the up and up. Once when the same problem reoccurred they happily took care of it...FREE Good guys and good service. I will go back. Vince the service manager is extremely nice and helpful....good job Boys

Old school 90,s crooks. Don't go. Don't trust them. Got 2 sets of tires changed out. Quote was 200.00 The bill was over 400. They put nitrogen in tires for no reason and try to charge me. They ended taking that cost off. 379.00 was the final bill. 70% higher than first thought. They bought and installed about 130.00 worth of parts without contacting me first. I was warn about these guys before I took it in. I was stuck in a situation and they where around the corner from work. How can you go wrong changing tires I thought. Well they lived up to my co workers warnings and all the other bad reviews. Here's a update. The nitrogen they said they put into my tires was just air. Probably why he was ok not charging me for it. It's clear from all the reviews, if you don't know these guys personally or given them years of work, they will take advantage.
