Great experience under stressful circumstances. It’s never fun to have an issue with your car, especially when you are out of town, but if you do then having a company like Neumeister Motors help out is the best thing you can ask for. Excellent service from Dan who provided a tow for me back home. He was friendly, professional, and very calm. Definitely recommend Neumeister’s if you are in the Stratford area and need assistance.

Police were nice enough to call them for me. When they got there I asked the driver how much and he said $70.00 when he came back from the truck he informs me it will now be $150.00 because the police called it in for me, even though I was on private property not on the side of the road. When I called the office to see why the guy was rude..never again

My car broke down around 8am and neumeister was there and had my car on his float within half hr. They checked my car and when I went to pick it up I was impressed with my bills and the very friendly service. Thank you Neil

A bit of a long wait but it was a busy night for them. Once they arrived the service was incredible. They went above and beyond. Very friendly and helpful.

As both and employee and customer I have to say they always go above and beyond.
