Atrocious business, lied about being a repair shop and attempted to take advantage of my partner when they were in an accident. Sleazy

Scummy. Lie after lie and would not give you a full truth when they told it. Avoid.

Called CAA these guys accept the tow. Call and say we will be right there to get you. And then Because I want it tow 20k to shop I know they decline it so its going to be 90 min for alternate towing service. The should be dropped by CAA on this basis. Unbelievable a towing company

AVOID THIS BUISNESS AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL TRY TO SQUEEZE YOU FOR EVERY PENNY YOU HAVE!!! Absolutely awful! These people are so hostile to you for absolutely no reason. They will talk you in circles trying to get as much money from you or the insurance company. The staff talks down to you, and are very much like angry dogs on a short leash. They will tell you that you owe money but will not specify exactly how much until you talk to the owner. The owner even worse then the rest. I called asking to verify some information only to be called stupid. I have contacted the Better buisness bureau about the buisness and they even avoid them as well. They also are withholding the keys to our vehicle saying we dropped them off when we have in fact left the keys with the company. Save yourself money and avoid this place at all costs!!!
