Gary's Service & Towing: Beloved by the community and this single mom I've been a single mother for over 13 years now and have learned to do much on my own. Though I pride myself on being capable of overcoming obstacles and figuring out how to do many things, mechanics is definitely not one of them - it's an area where I can be taken advantage of. I go to Gary's Service & Towing because I trust them! They're service is friendly, fast and efficient. They have the cleanest shop you will ever see and they will explain exactly what's going on with your vehicle, the cost and the time it takes to make the repairs. Their prices are fair and competitive. They are thorough - informing me of what may be upcoming, as far as preventative maintenance, without the high pressure tactics I have come across in dealerships, and they offer a shuttle service if you can't wait for your repairs. You will often hear people in town say, "If you take it to Gary's, it will be done right, the first time." This has been proven true of every service I have had there. This time Dan let me go into the shop to show me the rot on my car's exhaust system (I was thrilled to go in the shop - super clean and organized - most places don't allow you in there for "liability" reasons). It looked like my exhaust system had a horrible disease, so gross! I could also see where previous welding and repairs had been done. That said, this kind of gesture and transparency continues to build trust in my eyes. After my auto services, as I'm driving away, I notice that I feel safe, not only in the way that my vehicle drives, but in the way that I have been treated. Many thanks to Gary and the Team. I appreciate all that you do and wish all of you continued success!

Crooked. Unless you were born in the same trailer park, the rednecks of Georgina will always rip you off. Untrustworthy, charge for fixes they know won't work, absolute lying trash. Will never go to a Georgina mechanic again.

Brought my car for a safety and the tech made some big mistakes on the inspection: 1st The front rotors were marked by the tech as 28mm (1.102") I researched the mopar specs and the minimum is 1.040". Tech wrote failed. The rears were marked 10mm (0.394") minimum is 0.335". Tech wrote failed. Trying to make a buck?? 2nd The front upper control arms had just been replaced, he noted they needed replacing. Could of been a simple error seeing as the lower control arm to frame needs replacing and assumed the rest is in need of replacing. 3rd Indicated rotten front brake lines without no evidence, a part from your normal rust, without running a pressure test on the lines. Your eye that good?? Friendly and all but like all others they'll make a buck or two off you if they can. Good for an oil change but nothing serious.
