Awesome service. My almost new BMW motorcycle conked out in Renfrew and I called CAA. Dwaine's Towing was there in 20 minutes. Bruce the driver loaded the bike and strapped it down the right way with a lot of care explaining what he was doing to me...the flatbed even had a motorcycle wheel chock for stability. We went back to the lot in town, and since Bruce's shift was ending as it was close to 5, Tom the owner of Dwaine's Towing happily got in the truck and drove me and the bike back to Ottawa - a fun filled trip loaded with lots of chit chat and chuckles - and unloaded it safely in my driveway. Both drivers were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in Eastern Ontario. Rates are very fair. Service is impeccable.

Received help from them after a CAA call to change a tire, they were quicker then expected and quickly changed our tire. They made sure we had a lug wrench (we couldn't initially find it) and told us when to check the spare since we still had a long road trip to go

I broke down just outside of renfrew, and he was very quick to respond. He was very friendly and personable guy, even at 2 am! I would recommend his service if you are in need of a 24 hour tow truck.

Great company - always has been. New owners are keeping it that way and it's great to see!

Car was one wheel off from rolling in the side ditch...The guy that showed up was friendly, quick to the point and saved the day. Thanks!
