Travelling from Quebec City to Toronto on vacations last July, my A/C compressor broke down, causing also the melting of my timing belt. Nice sunshine outside, temperatures over 40 degrees Celcius, couldn't survive without A/C!! By chance, Becky at service took care of us, having someone to check the damages, evaluate the repairs, find some time to make the repairs quickly, booked a rental for us, and even sent us to the rental with the shuttle. On our way back, three days later, everything was done on my Jeep Liberty, and went back home fully satisfied. We were really fortunate that lady was on duty that day, she reassured us with that big smile and her true professionalism. Thanks again!! Charles-Eric and Samuel

Went there for a service repair. End up receiving a call for a repair of 1200$ for a 300$ to 400$ repair because of up selling. The warranty company was approving to change the part but they refused to agree to the up selling from Dodge which is understandable. Being told that the repair would not being done if the extra was not done too. At the end of the day I end up with a bill of 67$ for the cost of the diagnostic (on a problem that I already explained in detail to them) and an unfixed vehicle. So be careful! Know for what repairs you are going for and do your research before going there because they will up sell you big time and the bill will be salty. That being said I can not say anything on the quality of the work since nothing have been done to my car.

Wow! I thought I was going to get the usual when it came to car dealerships. I was anticipating a real loud guy that would try to bamboozle myself into getting a vehicle I didn't need or want. They were kind, considerate and most of all, I had time to think about what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by how low key they were. Great place to do buy a vehicle. No Hidden costs!
