I keep hearing these guys have a bad rep, and let's be fair that auto shops don't make people happy to be in -- But I've taken two vehicles here now. You can usually book in very quickly. My vehicle needed $3400 bucks worth of work, as I was restoring a used winter-left vehicle I bought. They brought it back to life and I love it. Is their customer service 5 star? No. But it's certainly 4 star. These guys are busy as hell, but they seem to do great work. I'll continue coming back, I've had worse experiences for sure. 4.789 / 5 Stars, only because I'm not WOW'd (yet), I'm just a happy customer. I trust these guys not to rip me off. UPDATE: Had a few paper work issues, but we got it worked out. Updating my review to 5 stars because at the end of the day, they haven't given me any reason for less. I'll be back when... my cars break down! LOL

The worst place to deal with.they charged me for 4 hours 6 hour of towing .and I asked the owner himself to provide me with estimate b4 repairs but he didn't. I was terribly shocked when I received the is call to pay the invoice.the owner himself come to towing site and charge me 3 times the towing rate and he said that he called someone and he has to pay extra but was not true ,I realize the lie when one of his stuff told me that he was the driver .and also he called for another truck for help that could have done his job in 2 hours but he sit there and drink coffee and charge me a total of 725$ per hour for 6 hours. Bill Macintosh the co owner(2 brothers) acted sick and unfair .if you are trucker and anyhow sticker near them never let the O.P.P call for towing for you.never .
