I took my car there to get a safety done and they are the worst garage around. Had tools and other items stolen from my car, over 300 dollars worth of stuff stolen. Frank is the rudest person around. I would never recommend anyone to go there. They have thieves working for them. They are way overpriced too.

Charterhouse's Tow truck cracked the skirt on my car. When I went to get it fixed two months later (I work out of province), Frank the owner told me he would only pay for the front piece, even though several other pieces fell off by this time. I ended up paying out of pocket to have the job finished, about $300. Two days later while driving down the highway the replaced skirt ripped off my car from the wind. When I returned to Frank at Charterhouse, he argued with me about having to fix it. Frank literally insulted my driving skills and my car (about not having an emblem, which has nothing to do with the issue) and told me he never wanted me back as a customer. On a side note, he tried to charge me $175 for a tire rotation and balance. When I told him Canadian Tire would do it for $100, he said "fine just give me $100 cash and we'll forget about it". In my opinion this is a shady place of business and would not recommend it to anyone. Thanks for reading.

Thank you for saving my day. You were able to get my car towed, diagnosed and fixed in less than half a day. Most dealerships twist their customers arms for a five star review. You however deserve a five star review.
