This shop has new owners. It's no longer riches auto. If your read the dates on the reviews you will see only positive for centre auto. Also the negative reviews and photos of lower control arms not even tie rods he's bitching about is a joke. I would like to see pictures of these bills for repairs. Obviously if you had a case for safety concerns mto would be involved no? So out of thousands of customers you'll always get someone wanting everything for nothing and they will tall bs with no proof of bills from other shop to back it up. And also labour times are based on an industry guide. So if the mechanic is fast and experienced good for him. Book times are book times. What if a bolt breaks and it takes 6hrs to fix it? Will you pay 6 hours to drill out a bolt? I doubt it. And if you were driving around with no nuts on your control arms the wheel would come off on first pothole. I would be sure i knew what a tie rod end was before i slandered people with pictures of control arms no? Just my two cents. Anyways great shop with a new owner for fair priced quality work.

I had my rotors replaced here on the recommendation of a friend. Fast, transparent and friendly, and more competitive than other quotes I got. Thanks!
