Recently got stranded in Toronto very late Sunday night with battery issues. Not that old and no damage but would not take a charge or even a boost, and nowhere to buy a new one that late in the eve. I don't remember the tow drivers name but he was exceptional, arrived in 15minutes, was very courteous and helpful, and even though it was a long trek, there was bad traffic and a road closed due to an accident; he made amazing time all the way out to the kawartha's. Thank you for saving the night, you guys are awesome ;)

I've had to tow my car from shop to shop to get various repairs done, and Freeway has come out on atleast three occasions to get my car where it has to go, and the service has was great. I'm a CAA member and have unfortunately had to get a tow on more than one occasion for a car I recently purchased (from #SpotlessAuto in #Whitby). I'm so I'm glad that I have a CAA membership, for the tows alone would have cost me a fortune. Thank you Stellar!

They are ridiculously overpriced. I agree they are scammers like the other woman said. I spoke on the phone and got an estimate about my vehicle and they said around $625. I go there and suddenly I have to pay over $700. Car batters on average are not terribly priced. Mine somehow cost $186. So they put in one of the most expensive batteries possible instead of asking if I wanted just a basic battery. I was under the impression I would get basic unless I asked for something special. (I had one other repair but everything was still overpriced). When I went to pay the man told me my ridiculous sky rocketed price. I told him I was paying with credit and he smirked and laughed at me. I didnt say anything but I guarantee he knew he was screwing me over and got a nice chuckle out of that (no one else was there except staff in the back). I paid without argument and left cause I was already frustrated as it is. What I will say is that I’m never going to Freeway Auto again!

We just had the owner of this company cut us off - then proceed to curse and swear while we had our young daughter in the car. All of this because he was trying to get to an accident first. This would be the last person/company I would call if I was in need of a tow.
