These guys absolute are terrible I made a reservation and they didn't set anything up. Don't use them they may mess up your moving days and cost you time and money! And they first told me they didn't have anything couple days before I called to confirm but U-Haul said they did in their website. They then tried to say 150 dollar flat fee was cheaper. When it was cheaper through the mileage way. You're talking about an 80 dollar difference: I believe these people are just crooks

If I could give less then 1 star I would, we reserved a trailer far in advanced for our big moving day. They said the day we went to pick it up they have NO trailers, they lied to us about the time we reserved it when we had the e-mail confirmation to prove when we did, EXTREMELY RUDE, did nothing to help us AT ALL. Do not get your trailer here you will be lied to and come your moving day, who knows if they will even have any trailers for you.

Wasn't there one star

Very shady owner. The type that says don't worry but put noting in writing. Would not provide a contract other than thru e-mail after picking up the truck. The contract was not as discussed. I called him and all he said was don't worry. I had to call head office to get promised mileage. I returned the truck 2 days early and gave the key to the owner He said everything was good and not to worry (see a pattern there?). Well, he rented the truck (under the table and pocketed the money without U-Haul knowing about it) within my contract period (as I had 2 days left) and I was charged for highway tolls that happen the day after I returned the truck. Since he kept my cotract open, I was charged $75. It took me forever to be reimbursed from head office as they believe I was in possession of the truck. The owner is a crook and U-Haul should cancel his franchise
