Was hired on after 2 interviews. I informed another employer that I had found a job. I was really excited about starting here. Until I was told they weren't going to be hiring me because I didn't have a bank account. I have 2 kids and a wife to look after. I found a job and gave it up for this one and they didn't see me work for1 day because they couldn't make a cheque up instead of direct deposit. LOW. LOW LOW

Had some issues with their axles but they came to task to understand what was going wrong as this was a commercial application. They were able to Warrenty the axles and build me a superior product that fit my needs perfectly. I will be using them for all my axle needs. ---Northern Horse Transport

Terrible customer service. Ordered the JRC01 for my XTerra. Both sets of assembly bolts that hold the rubber bumper to the mounting plate are too long and it won't tighten down. It leaves a 6mm gap and the whole assembly is loose. I called them this morning and they told me to just go buy some different bolts at a hardware store or cut them off. They really didn't care. I paid over $200 US and this was their answer. Unbelievable.

We've been selling and installing Timbren kits for years. Our customers love the quality made products and excellent warranty policy. Their customer service is always great and they are just generally good people to do business with. We ship them in by the pallet! Keep up the good work!
