I locked my keys in the car, Chris was able to come within 15 minutes and open the car quickly for a reasonable rate. Very polite, passionate and professional gentleman. Do not hesitate calling him if your car is in trouble!

Our SUV developed a series of cascading electrical problems involving the sensors on the doors that wouldn’t lock properly leaving the interior lights on all the time. With our local dealership trying to solve the problem, our family ended up stranded at the cottage/lake and we needed the SUV to get back to our home in the city. When our repair was going to stretch out into the next week and a rental large enough to accommodate the family, dog and luggage was not available at the late hour, a decision was made to give the vehicle to me with instructions to disconnect the battery once I got to the lake so it would start again when we had to leave. When I arrived, I followed their instructions and locked the truck manually because the battery was disconnected, but when I shut the door the alarm kept going off every 30 secs. I released the key "blade" from the key fob and tried to open the door manually but it wouldn't work. I was locked out of the vehicle with the battery disconnected and the alarm sounding every 30 seconds. Did I mention our cottage is on an island? So that meant our noisy, alarm sounding SUV was in a parking lot beside a very prestigious golf course and I had no way to get back in the truck to make it stop. We called Chris from Bracebridge Towing. In just a few minutes he was able to get into the vehicle, stop the alarm and then “problem solve” the issue for us. He discovered our master key fob had developed issues and was responsible for all the sensor and light issues in the truck. When we used our backup key fob, everything shut properly and there was no need to disconnect the battery anymore. We were ecstatic and the golf course beside us was relieved. In ten minutes Chris accomplished something FOUR mechanics from a fancy dealership of German made vehicles couldn’t figure out in a week. One final thing...my new sandals broke trying to get back to our SUV in the parking lot and I couldn't walk properly. So, Chris even fixed my shoe with duct tape. It didn't look pretty but at least I could walk back to catch the ferry to the island. LOL Chris is a personable, helpful man with a passion for his business and the people he helps. I highly recommend his company. Teresa K., Toronto, ON
