Bought a Weego in May of 2018. Great customer service. We are looking forward to our summer of camping. Thanks Andy for everything.

Amazing. Owner never drops the ball, never misses an email. Well, maybe once. Relies on his verbal spiel because its flawless. Or close. Kind of. All key information is on website. Except for maybe a rule or 2 that all first time renters would of course be able to assume. Owner has impeccable customer service. Treats each customer as an individual being sure to not carry grudge from previous customer into next transaction. His communication style is a perfect example of ... something I can't quite put my finger on. Bully for him. His repeat business must be phenomenal.

Do not do business with these people. They are rude, and hold their customers in contempt. The RV we rented was beat to death. Holes in upholstery, awnings, no window screens, the sewage was not dumped from the renter before us, half the lights wouldn't work and the beds were broken and worn out. Finally I had electrical problems that the Owner claimed were the fault of the Provincial park where we were staying. It was such a wreck that we cut our vacation short for a day because the fridge wasn't working and the food was going bad. I thought when he mailed us a threatening email, with a $400 "Cleaning Bill" it was just to try to intimidate us from trying to recover the cost of the rental. But as I read below, he tries to scam everyone for up-charges after the fact. STAY AWAY FROM A&A RV Rentals in Bracebridge.

AVOID!! The experience from start to finish was awful. We rented the motorhome for 4 days. We phoned the day before pick up to see if the vehicle might be available an hour early and available for pick up. We were willing to pay a nominal upcharge if the motorhome was available but were told that we would pay a full day's charge of $150.00 if it was picked up a moment before the authorized time of 4pm. We then had to listen to "angry owner with massive chip on his shoulder" lecture about how busy they are and that they can't be expected to clean the full motorhome and have it ready any earlier. Whatever, I wasn't going to let his blatant lack of customer service or civil behaviour ruin the beginning of our camping trip. I let it go. Picked up the motorhome at 4pm - unit in disrepair, holes in awning, most windows without screens, tired and outdated. Still wasn't going to let it affect our holiday! Two days into the camping trip, the lights started to fade until they went dark. This went on for hours. Called the owner with no answer. Ultimately, we brought the motorhome back a day early as it wasn't functioning properly and had an obvious electrical issue. Owner says it is our fault, or the fault of the outlet post at campsite, so no refund. We let this go too, knowing that we would never rent here again or recommend the company. BUT NOW .... we receive a $400.00 cleaning bill in the mail for dirt on the carpet and dirty dishes!! I say again, STEER CLEAR and AVOID!!

A great place to rent a tiny camper you can tow with ANY car. Good rates and the drive just to get there is beautiful.
