Got into an accident Thursday morning on 401. Biggie was on the scene in minutes. He helped me with every aspect of dealing with rental company to dealing with the reporting center and ensuring that I was happy with all service being offered. Todd was very helpful in explaining my rights and how to work with the insurance company. I hope not to meet them again under these circumstances; but if you ever need fast expert service I'd recommend TLK over any others! P.S. This is not a paid review. I am not obligated to even leave this. I feel they deserved my rating!

I can't even begin to express how wonderful TLK Towing is. I was on my way to Toronto airport from Michigan and got rear ended 15 minutes shy of my destination. Duran, the tow truck driver, was on the scene in minutes. On top of me getting hit, I had a plane to catch, and he did everything in his power to get me taken care of asap. We filed a report, he stored my car, got me to my flight on time and assured me that he'd be there at the airport to pick me up when I returned. Between him, Todd and Wendy, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Never in my life have I had a more pleasant exchange with a company. As bad as I felt for taking up so much of their time, Duran kept reassuring and consoling me, telling me that their number one focus was making sure that I was happy. You'll never find a better company to work with - not in the US, and not in Canada. They'll get my vote every time

Writing this review in regards to a recent car accident i was involved in on the 401. Almost immediately after calling the police to report the collision i was met by a man named Sean driving a TLK Towing truck, who was very helpful throughout the process of figuring out what to do and where to go. I WANT TO POINT OUT VERY CLEARLY HERE, i would recommend for anyone reading this to take things slowly and don't agree to leave your vehicle with ANY mechanic, no matter how much the tow truck driver may trust them or recommend them. Not to say that Sean was extra pushy but i did ask for him to tow the car to a shop i preferred and he pushed it off and pretty much said the car is better here and he didnt want to move it somewhere else for no reason. It was my first accident in 11 years of driving and i was shook up as i had just purchased the 50k dollar audi a few months ago and took all Seans advice. Now i ran into a few issues with the advice i recieved from Sean in regards to the rental company he recommended as well as the dealership where my car was staying and the gentleman who runs this company, I believe his name is TODD, had taken care of me perfectly. He solved any issues which arised, regardless of if it was his issue or not. As far as im concerned he didnt even have to answer my calls as his company is a towing company and did their job, but i called him asking his help and he went above and beyond, hence the 5 star review instead of the 2 star review i would of given based solely off my initial experiences. I myself own a business and can understand why this gentleman went above and beyond and i can give him my respect for that. Thank you once again and i would recommend this company to anyone in the future. Goodluck & Ciao

I wish that there were enough stars to show how much I love TLK. I got into an accident on Tuesday October 24, 2017 with my brand new 2018 Hyundai that'd I'd had for 2 weeks. Two drivers from A Action Towing showed up and started pulling and snapping pieces off my car to try to convince my to take their tow. After sending them away, I went to call my roadside assistance however, TLK driver Sean has impeccable timing! I was ready to send him away before even speaking with him but I’m so happy that I didn’t. The first thing he was concerned about was our safety and the state of the car. He did not lay a hand on my car but let me know that given the damage it was possible that the radiator was punctured so I’d need to turn off the car and check for leaks. He was incredibly knowledgeable about my car and Hyundai and let me know that he’s worked with their included roadside assistance and knows their whole process so he could help me make sure his tow was covered between them and insurance. I was skeptical but being rush hour and me being a bit flustered, I agreed. When I say that Sean went above and beyond, I’m not even explaining well enough. After leaving the collision reporting center he was happy to take us to the shop of our choice (or dealership and even to work after!); but as I explained that I didn’t know where to go and wasn’t happy with the last shop my insurance had sent me to, he let me know about a shop he likes to work with. Now, I’m not so silly to think that there aren’t shops that have tow truck drivers bring them clients for a commission or something. However, Sean never “shoved the shop down my throat”, coerced me into going with them or even made me feel like he might be on their payroll. He seemed to genuinely consider my best interests especially as my car is literally brand new. He told us about the shop and the certifications they held and it never sounded like a sales pitch. I did my own look into the company as well and was quite impressed! When we arrived, Sean had already arranged everything with them and had staff just about waiting to meet us. First however, he took us on a tour of the facility to show us the amazing workspaces. My first thought was that it was going to cost an arm and a leg to get the repairs done here but Sean had already spoken with the shop and helped arrange things so that my out of pocket expense was/will be minimal if anything! Granted, I have yet to pick up the car as it is still undergoing repairs but I have faith that I’m in good hands. From there, he worked directly with my insurance company to get the tow bill paid, I didn’t have to lift a finger! AND, he has a rental car dropped of to us with a rep from the car rental company ready and waiting with the rental agreement! Fast forward to the following Friday – there was an issue with my insurance in which they decided that they were not going to cover my rental car despite the initial conversation I had with them. I spoke with the rental company directly, forgetting that Sean mentioned to speak with him if I had any issues. There ended up being a big misunderstanding regarding the rental costs and I ended up upset and ran out the door to go return the vehicle. On the way I called Sean for guidance. I had no idea what to do and how to handle the situation and couldn’t compose myself. He treated me like a friend and had ALREADY spoken with the rental company to try to work out the misunderstanding. Because of his help, I was able to keep the rental car and also breathe! If Sean had not been a huge asset every step of the way this week, I’d be out of work with no car, freaking out about the shop my insurance company sent me to and feeling like I wouldn’t be able to afford groceries for the foreseeable future. But instead I’m able to feel good about a bad situation. Going forward, TLK Towing and hopefully Sean specifically will be my first choice for anything I can bug them for and I’ll be advocating for them the whole way.
