Simply the best for more then 30 years. Only towing company I would ever trust. Ask for "Jimmy K" he knows his job well and has been there from the start. Jim goes out of his way to take that extra step to help!

Dispatch said the truck would arrive within the hour. In about 40 minutes the truck called and he realized that he had been sent to an address way across town from the correct address. Then, instead of letting me know they were aborting the call they just left me hanging. After another 40 minutes I called dispatch asking if the truck is on its way. Instead of apologizing and saying they had aborted the call he simply referred me to another towing company. No apology, no saying that he had made a mistake in gathering address information or dispatching his driver. No aknowledgement that he had left me hanging with no notice. As far as Bill and Son's were concerned I was nobody, a series of mistakes not soon enough forgotten. (I have to give a star for the machine to allow me to post a review, so I give a star for them picking up the phone)

WORST SERVICE EVER. Charged me $350 to tow my boyfriend literally 7km away from his workplace. The car is in my name but pulled to the side when he seen my boyfriend pull over and told him that "I have to tow you or the Ministry Of Transportation will come and impound your car". My boyfriend with no phone, so innocent allowed him to tow and then when they reach his workplace he told him $350. BIG RIP OFF, BIG LIARS , NO RECIEPT, PROFESSIONAL.

I would absolutely not recommend this company to any person looking for tow truck services. They lack professionalism, respect, are not trained, and are extremely rude. I would not refer this company to my worst enemy. DO NOT use this company. The entire company from top to bottom is corrupt. I would never ever lay a single cent in this company, I would rather carry a car on my back then use this company. DO NOT use this company. It is my civil duty as a Canadian to write this review to make sure fellow Canadians do not go through what I did. Marty at Bill and Sons towing should be fired if the company wants any chance at repairing their image. ( dispatcher).
