This Company has been a vendor of mine for last 11 years - we would give them 10 starts if we could. Amazing people, amazing customer service...Dispatch deserves a whole new award! Would come highly recommended!

I dealt with Bruce Curry. I will only call KBW towing - my friends and family, I recommend seeing him. He is very honest and empathetic. truly a great customer experience I never had before. two thumbs way up!

This review is not an account of their service but rather my experience on a public roadway with one of their drivers. I was driving westbound on Gardiner today and had one of their drivers cut me off twice, one time almost clipping my passenger quater panel. The driver proceeded to tailgate me for some time after changing lanes again several more times. Then he changed two lanes over very abruptly cutting off some more vehicles before exiting at Spadina crossing two solid median lines. The driver also decided for some reason to stare me down and nodded his head like I did something to him. I have a dash cam and my account of the ordeal is accurate. This all happens in the span of two km's. Not sure where he wanted to go in such a hurry but it was 4p.m. on the gardiner so almost deadlock traffic. With that said, I believe that the towing industry is an integral part of having safe roadways for all and I don't believe for a minute that it is an easy task doing what they do BUT the aggressive manor this driver was exhibiting was not necessary. Also, for the very first time in my 20+ years of driving in Ontario I was compelled to report him to the local police which I've never done but this guy was driving crazy aggressive and public road safety concerns us all.
