Mike picked up my girlfriend and her car in Hamilton tonight late at night in the cold. They got there fast and the car randomly started working again. Mike offered to follow her home in case the car stopped working again and it was a good thing he did. It ended up breaking down again a few blocks down the road. She was very happy with the tow and service from Mike. I will definitely be using them for my auto parts business!

I'll start off with the only bit of positive, which is the only reason this company gets two stars. My tow truck driver who came after my accident was amazing, super helpful, and super friendly and full of great advice. Everything after that was a nightmare. The company all but refused to release my car to my insurance company after ot was towed to their yard. First they claimed that I had to physicaly sign the papers, and couldn't realease the car over the phone. Fine. I made the hour trip back to the tow yard to sign the papers. I called half an hour ahead of time so someone would be there like they told me to. I got there at 4, when we were supposed to meet. 4:15 rolls around and no one is there. I call in, and they inform me the the tow truck driver with the papers will be there any minute. 4:30, still no one here. I call again. The person on the line calls the driver and he's "seconds away". I have to call two more times and their basic customer service line closes at 5. 5pm rolls around and they guy still isnt here. He finally shows up at 5:05pm when he was supposed to be here at 4. Not only that, but he was rude, ignorant and didnt even apologize for being over an hour late. I sign the papers, and ask if I did it correctly, as I'm a newb at this kind of stuff. He says sure. I try to clarify further by asking if my insurance company will have any issues retriving my car the next day. He says, and I quote, "I dunno. Probably not" in a very nonchalant 'I dont give a care' attitude. I thankfully decided to take a photo of the release form I signed, and sent it to my insurance adjuster right away explaining what a hassle I had. The next day, my insurance company comes to pick up my car, and guess what? According to Batista Towz, no one showed up to sign the release form. Thank god I took an image of that form. I called my adjuster, told her the situation again when I called for an update on my car since I had a bad feeling about the whole situation. The insurance company was able to go back out with the image I sent of the signed form and retrieve my car later that afternoon. If I hadn't had taken that picture I would have had to go back out yet again to sign the release forms. When I called the tow company, they just made excuses. I don't trust these guys. They're fine to tow your car, but don't let them take your car to their tow yard or who knows what hassel you'll have getting it released.

I was totally impressed by the service I received from their driver Lance. Talk about a honest guy. One of my company vehicles broke down on the 403 two days ago. Lance picked the car up for me with in minutes of getting the call. The police on scene told him to take it to his impound lot but instead he contacted me at my business and asked where I wanted the car towed to? This saved me big money in the end. I will only be using these guys from now on! These guys are totally different from the stereotypical tow truck company.

Batista Towz came and got me when I got into an accident. Mike was great right off the start and helped me through the situation and provided great service. Would recommend and will use again if need be. Thanks again.

Similar as someone else said. Our car was hit from behind a month ago now, days before Christmas. They purposely didn't answer they're phones from us or the insurance company and then conveniently went on vacation and racked the bill up to $2400. We finally got the car released after the insurance company hired a lawyer firm to send them a release form or they would take them to court. It took them 3 weeks to release the car and now it's going to take another 2 weeks to fix it. Money making business, taking advance of holidays seasons in my eyes.
