I have never had a better experience with any service in my life. I got into a minor accident today, and was a bit annoyed and frazzled because I’d never gotten one before. I was referred to Classic Towing by the collision centre in Burlington, and the girl who answered the phone was SO NICE. She guided me through everything, even though they were closing soon; all the while organizing the tow driver to show up. She called me back multiple times to update me on the eta of the driver, which I appreciated a lot, as I was out of my main city. The man who showed up to tow my car, Tino, was the most hospitable and friendly gentleman I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He gave me all of my options, and made sure that I knew what the least expensive ones were. Then, without asking for any money, he stayed there with me and tried to figure out what was wrong with my car and if it was drivable. He got on the phone with my parents and tried some stuff out with my car to see if it was salvageable without a tow. After waiting with me for an hour, he and I figured out that I actually COULD drive my car and didn’t need a tow, and after seeing my concern about whether it was actually safe to drive my car, he offered to drive behind me to the collision centre to make sure I got there safe. He did all of this for free, and with patience, and a smile. I can’t say enough great things about him. If Tino ever opens up his own shop, I’ll be the first customer in line.

Scumbags! How does the town of Burlington allow these vultures to extort hundreds of dollars from its residents for minutes of parking. No wonder all the businesses in downtown are failing. No where to park and biker trash in tow trucks raping it’s citizens.

These guys are complete crooks who tow cars from No Frills plaza and then charge extortionist prices. Also, they charge less for cash and don’t collect HST. Can anyone say fraud? Report them to the CRA

My kids purchased tickets for them to take me to the Sound of Music pre-event (June 10) As responsible adults my wife drove us down town - Uber home. We Parked at the plaza on Brant that Pet Planet and Scotia Bank as tenets, I was a patron at both today. My wife walked us down Brant street and returned 40 minutes later to find our vehicle towed!!!! She was told by the “people” at Classic Towing that as soon as you leave the property they have the right to tow your vehicle. As a customer of Pet Planet and Scotia Bank (they can reference their records for they day) I will be advising them that I will no longer be using their services a this location because we can’t trust that if we step foot in the sidewalk that our vehicle won’t be towed! The Owners of this property need to re-examine their practices as I will openly campaign against patronage of their tenets.

These guys are polite - one greeted me by my first name - and efficient. Considering I needed a tow so I was a bit upset my experience with this company was excellent! Thank you!
