Was in a car accident the other day and this was the tow company sent out by my insurance. Once they arrived and we were able to get moving I had not eaten for quite a while. They were kind enough to stop briefly for me to pick up some food. The conversation was professional and entertaining and the service was great. Would recommend in future....

I had the best towing service with these guys. Mike who helped save a lot of time dropping the car off to the shop. He was quick to load the car on the bed. And very very friendly. I reccomend these guys to anyone I know.

Recently my truck had caught on fire while I was driving it on the hwy, Brandon from classic towing showed up before the opp and fire department had arrived, and checked to make Sure everyone was okay, shortly after the fire was put out tino also from classic showed up, both of the guys worked together as a team to clean up all debris and load the truck up as quickly and as safely as possible! I highly recommend using classic towing and will use them again in the future when I need to! Thanks for the awesome service guys!

I have never had a better experience with any service in my life. I got into a minor accident today, and was a bit annoyed and frazzled because I’d never gotten one before. I was referred to Classic Towing by the collision centre in Burlington, and the girl who answered the phone was SO NICE. She guided me through everything, even though they were closing soon; all the while organizing the tow driver to show up. She called me back multiple times to update me on the eta of the driver, which I appreciated a lot, as I was out of my main city. The man who showed up to tow my car, Tino, was the most hospitable and friendly gentleman I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He gave me all of my options, and made sure that I knew what the least expensive ones were. Then, without asking for any money, he stayed there with me and tried to figure out what was wrong with my car and if it was drivable. He got on the phone with my parents and tried some stuff out with my car to see if it was salvageable without a tow. After waiting with me for an hour, he and I figured out that I actually COULD drive my car and didn’t need a tow, and after seeing my concern about whether it was actually safe to drive my car, he offered to drive behind me to the collision centre to make sure I got there safe. He did all of this for free, and with patience, and a smile. I can’t say enough great things about him. If Tino ever opens up his own shop, I’ll be the first customer in line.
