This company is the best automotive repair facility in the Peterborough area in my opinion. We have an older Mazda and we seem to always have something to repair on it. Bell's employees are always curtious and the technitions are very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose a problem and repair it in a timely manner. I know that they stand behind their work every time. The repair charges are very fair, honest and reasonable. Byron Bell should be proud of the service they provide so well. I also think the manager, Travis, is very good at his profession. Keep up the good work guys!!

Had my car in for a safety inspection, their mechanic said the car needed a front wheel bearing and it will cost $400 bucks to install, that would be fine if it needed one! Mechanic says the front end "howls like crazy " on the road test , when in fact it is absolutely silent! I personally drove this car to Windsor and back to bridgenorth thru all ranges of speed and cornering and it is absolutely silent ! This car was purchased 2 months ago and certified at the time of purchase , it has 2000 kms on it since then and has been parked indoors , I will never return to bells and will be warning all of my many friends and family not to return. $200 bucks out of pocket and they are trying to hose me for another $ 400 absolute B.S! UPDATE! Had my vehicle in to another shop today (2 days later) and asked to have a safety inspection done on the vehicle and the shop owner himself came to the waiting room after the inspection and said my car is in excellent condition and he hasn't seen such a well maintained car in a long time ! That goes to show what the mechanics at bells garage know !
