I had the passenger door brought to them with what looked the be vandalism scratch marks down to the metal on the door, that area was done nicely but was costly. Not sure how putting clear coat on works whether you do the whole car after painting the repaired area or you just apply it to that spot but the front drivers hood looks like they put clear coat on and not a good job doing it. That's my only complaint

Insurance repair. Brought it back as it didn't seem right. I appreciate they used salvaged parts on an older car (I would too) but they told me the problem was "maintenance" and not insurance related. Had another mechanic check it out. It was maintenance due on the replacement part. They wanted me to pay to fix the part they put on. Luckily out insurance made it right at the 2nd shop.

You guys should work on your staff calling clients back. When Marty says he will call you back.... Monday.... Tuesday..... Weds..... Thursday.... I think he might have said. They don't pay me enough for this s***!

Great customer service here. Car looks great and they matched the paint on the new parts perfectly! Repair was done in the time they said it would be.
