We recently traded in our 2014 Fiat 500L for a Buick Encore and couldn’t be happier with the change. We had heaps of issues with the Fiat and were anxious to be rid of it, very anxious.
Our sales associate was Craig Brown, we worked with him for a while and he was very patient and tolerant of the fact that we obviously were wanting to take our time and not make the same mistake twice. Of course we wound up not buying a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat vehicle but were very impressed with Craig’s ability to remain objective, to pay attention to our concerns and to allow us to look for something we wanted. There wasn’t any sales pressure and none needed, Craig knew how to do his job and he did it well. Although we have made the decision to leave the brand with the trade-in of our Fiat, we will always come back to Craig for our vehicle purchasing needs. We highly recommend him. The financing lady we saw was the icing on the cake, if you will. Her assistance made the whole experience that much better and we are thankful for that. In closing, the only reason I didn’t give this a full 5 stars is simply that the overall experience with other parts of the Kawartha Chrysler experience has been way less than satisfactory and had nothing to do with Craig or Sandra, the finance person.
