Great shop, honest and helpful. Word of caution though, this is a very busy shop so expect wait times.

Current review: Advoid this place!!! My last two repairs were over priced and unrelated to the problem I brought it in for. My previous repair (sept 2018) I brought it in because the brake pedal was sinking to the floor. They replaced a rear rotor $500. Then when I picked it up and there was no change, they told me it is actually likely a abs controller and would be $1000. So I scrapped that van. New (used) van now (jan 2019): giving them the benefit of the doubt I went back. I reported it was loosing coolant. And overheating when it got low. The "fix" new thermostat and radiator cap, $200!! Not only did I already replace both of those, it's 5min work and $25 in parts. I told them before repairing anything I wanted a quote first. They only called once the work was done, otherwise I would not have authorized the work at that insane price. I usually do my own work, I only bring it in if I can't figure out the problem, or if it's too cold outside to properly work on it. I had already ruled out a thermostat and radiator cap, it is loosing coolant from a bigger problem, like a head gasket. But they couldn't even do a pressure test to varify. I won't be back, this place is now just a scam. I use to love going there. UPDATE: After going in to complain, they did give me a refund. Bumped my review up a star. Old Review (5star): Been coming to trotters for years, the service is a little rough around d the edges, but if you treat the people on the phone and at the desk with respect, you will get it back in kind. They do fast, honest, affordable, good quality work. That's why I come back, and that's why you should too. Most recently my van wouldn't start, had it towed in, they fixed the loose ignition wire free of charge. Thank you trotters! Always the best!

I brought my van in this morning for a coolant hose replacement and I was wowed at the wonderful service I received! They not only fixed the issue I was having but they also checked out a few other issues I was having completely free. They explained to me what the issue was and the best route to have it fixed. They didn't try to screw me over just because I was a woman. I love that ! Way to go guys ! You rock!
