Got a sudden flat and had to pull over in a remote area. AAA contracted West Town Towing, which was further out than others. The driver got the call started or way but received a cancellation. The driver decided to still come to help, thank God he did Demetrius, from West Town, came and changed my tire and we were pulling off by the time there other driver arrived. Thank you Demetrius! Excellent service.

Terrible service. Have no respect for customers. They broke my window motor when helping with a lock out, told us that they would fix it themselves. Was kind of out of the way and the parking is almost impossible. Afterwards they acted like they didn't break the motor and suddenly wanted us to pay for it instead. We refused and the owner's son that was at the counter has almost no customer service as soon as something wrong happened. He started yelling and even making fun of my father. The rest of the crew around even started chipping in, which was even worse because they had no part In the conversation. They also didn't even save our work order. So when they asked for us to pay half, we said we would pay what they paid for the part. And that's all. The owner then told us "No we can't show you what we paid for the part" because they knew they hardly paid anything for it. The ONLY nice person was their mechanic. He was very helpful and kind. Most of all he listens. The owner even at the end when he finally just gave us the keys said "Whatever just go yell at your family" Terrible people. Would never recommend or go to again. Total fake shop.

Called AAA and West Town Towing showed up at my door. Guys knew a lot about my Buick Lesabre and did some quick tests, determined right away it was a fuel pump. Wasn't originally going to service it there but they made me feel comfortable. Only downside was I kept getting different information regarding open times when I would and speak to different people

STAY AWAY YOU ARE STUCK USING THEM FOR AAA SERVICE. THEY DAMAGED MY CAR , SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT. TOLD ME THEY WERE DONE. WHEN WE ARRIVED THEY SAID WE OWED THEM FOR THE REPAIR. THE SERVICE WRITER LIED AND SAID HE GOT AUTHORIZATION WHEN HE CALLED TO TELL ME IT WAS READY TO PICK UP. THE DRIVER WHEN HE CAME EVEN SAID HE DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TOOL. HE THEN TOLD THE MANAGER A DIFFERENT STORY. THE "OWNER" ASKED WHAT I WAS WILLING TO PAY BECAUSE IT WAS AN OLDER CAR, I SAID I WOULD PAY FOR THE PART (HIS COST) HE REFUSED TO SHOW ME AN INVOICE. TOLD ME IT WAS A "AAA" DEAL AND I HAD NO RIGHT. IT ENDED UP HE TOLD ME TO LEAVE, GAVE MY SON THE KEY AND SAID IT WAS NOT WORTH HIS TIME . iT IS AMAZING HE WAS WILLING TO WAIST A HALF HOUR OF MY TIME. ON TOP OF IT ALL THEY COULD FIND NO PAPERWORK SO THERE IS NO RECEIPT. BY THE WAY THE PREMISE IS A HORRIBLE, YOU SEE A BRIGHT PICTURE ON GOOGLE ETC. BUT THE PLACE IS A SHAMBLE. LOOKS LIKE SOME ONE ATTEMPTED TO PUT THERE HEAD THROUGH THE GLASS DOOR. THE SHOW ROOM ABOUT 1000 SQ FEET LOOKS LIKE SOME ONE REPOSSESSED EVERYTHING VERY DARK AND DINGY. THE MECHANIC IS THE ONLY HONEST PERSON THERE AND I FEEL SORRY FOR HIM.
