I've had to tow my car from shop to shop to get various repairs done, and Stellar has come out on atleast two occasions to get my car where it has to go, and the service has was great. I'm a CAA member and have unfortunately had to get a tow on more than one occasion for a car I recently purchased (from #SpotlessAuto in #Whitby). I'm so I'm glad that I have a CAA membership, for the tows alone would have cost me a fortune. Thank you Stellar!

I’d like to file a formal complaint against tow amtruck driver SINA ABDOLVAND of Toronto, Ontario regarding a situation that took place on June,7th at approximately 8:15pm. I had contacted Honda Roadside Assistance as I was almost a victim of a collision on the Ontario 401 Express going east towards Kingston where my car and stop running in the expressway. One of the most stressful and scary days of my life had felt a lot worst because of your driver named SINA ABDOLVAND from Stellar Roadside. Following the incident on the highway, the first instinct was to reach out to roadside assistance with Honda Canada who I believe contracted your company. I was advised that it would be about an hour in wait time once they were notified of my exact location on the highway shoulder. Immediately following the phone call, Sina called me to verify my exact location which I found to be redundant seeing as though the exact same information was provided to him by the contact centre prior to his departure. About 20 minutes prior to his expected arrival time, I received another phone call from SINA who asked me where I was and once again I proceeded to advise. He begun badgering me with questions relating to which intersections and stops I had passed on the highway, which was overwhelming and triggered further stress to an already very difficult situation for me. The call quickly escalated with him proceeding to shout, expressing his disbelief for me not knowing whether I passed a specific exit. We continued to go back and forth as I expressed my outrage and intolerance to his unprofessional behavior towards me over the phone. He began to threaten me by advising that he will not show up and will proceed cancel my request for road side assistance. He proceeded to shout for the duration of the phone call whenever I’d attempt to speak, “IF YOU DON’T STOP IM NOT COMING”. I’m outraged and disgusted that he found it to be appropriate or amusing to exercise the power with the upper hand that he had for my physical well being and safety on the shoulder of the highway. After this experience on the phone with your employee I was left feeling very scared and venerable as I was in a dangerous place on the highway unsure as to whether I’d get the assistance needed to be brought back to safety. Im extremely disappointed with this service that I had received and can’t possibly fathom how it is ever okay to potray such outrageous behavior to a client or why as a tow truck driver he doesn’t have a better sense of direction. Going forward I am hesitant to relay my trust in Honda Road side assistance while they still have your company or drivers alike contracted to work on their behalf to assist in dire situations to provide support where necessary while upholding the standards of being a trustworthy and credible Company to be relied on.

On Sept-27-2017 8-15 A.M. I was travelling on 401 west bound express lanes, when I had a flat tire on the rear wheel of the driver's side. I called CAA and they sent me Frank from Stellar towing. He called me to confirm my exact location and said he is on his way. CAA sent me texts regarding the progress of the time I would have to wait for the tow truck to get to me. I waited approx. 40 minutes for the tow truck to show up, as he was pulling up, I received another call from CAA informing me that the tow truck will be there shortly, I informed them that he was already there. Frank got out and said to sit in his truck. I did that and he went about getting my car hooked up to the tow truck. This was a very dangerous situation as all vehicles, cars buses and trucks were passing us at 100 km per hr. or faster. It took Frank about 40 minutes to hook up my car and then he towed it to a repair shop to get the tire fixed. I told him I was praying for him as the vehicles on the highway were passing him a few feet away. Please pass this on to Frank as he did an excellent job to make sure my car did not get damaged in the process. Thank You Frank.
