I just wanted to thank your driver for the great service I received on Saturday May 26, 2018. He rescued my 1964 Thunderbird on Orangewood Dr. in Chatham paying attention to the contintel kit taking care when loading and unloading the car and making sure that he didn't damage the car nor my expensive driveway. A true Pro! Fantastic service. Gord Robinson

The guy we had was very pleasant, he made sure to ask if we want it towed on the tow hooks (they are chrome) to make sure we weren't worried of it getting scratched. He also talked to me and my passenger as we headed to our destination. Overall it was great, reliable and got our minds off the situation.

Bunch of racist scam artistic whose vey business model is to the detriment the of the customer . All employees were rude, severely lacking proper cognitive faculties and made passive aggressive racist remarks to me. This must be confronted as this complaint does not reflex the vast majority of Chatham residence that are welcoming and friendly. The Chatham municipality really needs to reconsider using Chatham towing as their primary towing provider and they contact their business until and are clearly xenophobic to the core. This is something that law officials should distance themselves from .

My disabled mother was in an accident and wanted to get her handicap sticker out of her car. We drove an hour to get her stuff Becuase the website says they are open 12-1 on Saturdays. We get there, there's 4 people sitting in the shop. We ask to get her stuff, they say no were closed. We ask for the handicap sticker, the man says not unless you want to deal with the dogs. Overall, he was just rude and ignorant to us. My mother is now without her sticker and a vehicle. Honestly, the way she was treated was just disgusting
